We are committed to bring a new concept of inclusivity and redefine the standards of representation in the jewelry industry. We design jewelry to suit people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and we make sure that no jewelry will break the bank. In office, we recruit a diverse workforce, and foster an inclusive culture to ensure that everyone feels a sense of belonging. In product campaigns, we work with models with diverse physical appearances and ages. We want to empower people from all walks of life to wear jewelry that represents them and makes them feel their best.

Nujaya begins its journey with the immense support from its local community. Now it is time to give back and make greater impact. Every year, we pledge to donate 15% of our income to causes that mean a ton to us. In 2022, we donated over $25,000 to United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). At the end of this year, 2023, we aim to donate $70,000 to Doctors Without Borders. "CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL. AND IT'S HERE."
We are committed to sustainable practices in every stage of our supply chain. Since our founding, we use recycled materials in 95% of our products, avoid excessive packaging and paper usage, and work towards the goal to be 100% carbon neutral. In February 2023, we applied for Climate Neutral Certification, a certification that requires us to track our yearly carbon footprints and set reduction targets. Using scientific methods, we analyzed our greenhouse gas emissions in our entire supply chain and identified areas of improvements in packaging and logistics. Through our efforts and hard work, we aim to be climate neutral certified by early 2025.
